Hello there sunshine, thanks for stopping by!!  I would love for you to take some time and look
around at all there is to see here.  Want to know a little more about
me.... well... I am a wife, mother, daughter, artist, survivor & a
dreamer... but, most of all a child of the King.  Where I lay my
head...  I have called many places home including St. Louis,
Southern California, Florida and Georgia, but, home is where my
family is.  I travel near and far to capture the lives of people
that are in love with other people.  It's really a great gig!!
Capturing moments that will live forever thanks to a quick thinker
(that's me) and a nifty little black box... yeah, I'm a blessed lady.

Brandon + Lindsey on a cold November day.

Huge shout out to Brandon and Lindsey for going out in the freezing weather for their session this past weekend.  They came in town from Kansas City to work on some wedding details here in St. Louis and their engagement session with me!!  I am bummed that I am already booked for their wedding date and I won’t be there to celebrate with their awesome family next June.  I had a blast you two… thanks for the great time!!

Here are a few of my favs…

Here is a fun motion shot to end with… sweet, huh?!?!

Ingleside Village Pizza and photo sessions…

I love food. There, I said it. When ever we go back to our old “stomping grounds”, we always have certain places we have to go and eat before we can think about leaving. One of my favorite pizza places… in the world… is Ingleside Village Pizza in Macon, Georgia. Ooh, the taste of butter and garlic on their yummy bread sticks… de-lish! So, I am heading back down to Georgia for a little work and some comfort food for my tummy! If you are interested in signing up for a photo session on November 15th, let me know quick… I only have a few spots available. If you want to take me out to lunch…. you know where to find me!!

This is one of our new Christmas card designs. Love it!!

A beautiful wedding indeed!

This past weekend, I joined my friend Chad Jeffrey at a wedding that began at the Chase Park Plaza hotel for casual portraits before continuing on to the golf club at Forest Park.  It was a beautiful cloud covered day that makes us photographers skip and sing songs at the thought of the soft light that is so yummy!  James and Carrie met before the wedding for some amazing portraits out by the pool.

The wedding party joined them for some portraits.

This is my shot at a “Vanity Fair” image… love it!!

I am all about the details…

Grandpa was adorable on the dance floor!  He was out there cutting a rug… or two!

I heart Oregon and Green Salmon!

I am afraid that I don’t have the luxury of sleeping in these days, so even on days that I could sleep… I am up with the sun! So at 6:45am, in Yachats, Oregon, Tom and I got the cameras packed up and went out on the search for some yummy goodness for breakfast… oh yea, and COFFEE!! (Just a note for weary travelers…nothing is open at 6:45am in Yachats.)  So we walked around for 15 minutes before we saw the line starting to form at a cafe called the Green Salmon. UUmmm, I don’t eat salmon at 7am especially if it is green!! But as every car that drove by turned into the parking lot… I knew we must explore the possibilities!! Let me say that it was the most amazing organic bakery and cafe for at least 100 miles. Oh I can taste the flaky cinnamon croissant as I type!! Yum! After our lovely breakfast we headed out to explore the rocky coast and all that the tide pools had to offer.

Me and my honey climbing rocks and being photo geeks!!

My strong, brave husband fighting the waves to get an image of a star fish just for me… he totally rocks!!

Here is what he captured… it was well worth it!!

’till the next time Oregon… I love you!
